WEDNESDAY NIGHT BOOK DISCUSSION

Wednesday, September 8 @ 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Join us at the Gates Mills Branch Library for a thought-provoking discussion of Fine Just the Way It Is: Wyoming Stories 3 by Annie Proulx.  Returning to the territory of "Brokeback Mountain" (in her first volume of Wyoming Stories) and Bad Dirt (her second), National Book Award and Pulitzer Prize winner Annie Proulx delivers a stunning and visceral new collection.  In this volume she has expanded the limits of the form. Her stories about multiple generations of Americans struggling through life in the West are a ferocious, dazzling panorama of American folly and fate. All are welcome!  Refreshments graciously provided by the Friends of the Gates Mills Library.  Call the branch for more information (440-423-4808) or come in and pick up your copy to read.

Wilder, who has been hired as a military consultant.  For more information call the branch library (440-423-4808) or stop in and pick up your copy to read.
