Fall Program Guide This flyer lists all programs for kids, teens, and adults at our Branch. Registration dates are noted in the program descriptions. Registration is not necessary for early childhood programs.
Students in grades 3-5 are invited to discuss Clementine by Sara Pennypacker and eat tasty cookies at the North Olmsted Branch on Tuesday, September 7, from 4:30-5:00 PM. Books and food permission forms will be available for pick up and signing at the Children's desk beginning on August 3. Please register.
Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird at an artist reception featuring pieces that reflect the heart and ideas of this beloved classic book at the North Olmsted Branch on Thursday, September 9, at 7:00 PM. Join us as we share community reflections and view an exclusive documentary featuring celebrity responses to Harper Lee's classic American novel. Please register.
Using Lego Mindstorms computer software, students will build, program, and control robots that respond to music and sound. In this musical and fact-filled workshop at the North Olmsted Branch on Saturday, September 11, from 10:00 AM - Noon, students ages 12-16 will have the opportunity to participate in multiple activities. We'll program robots to dance to music, play notes after performing tasks, and play notes by color. Space is limited! Please register.
