Can’t tell your mouse from your hard drive?   Take a deep breath. We can help. Cuyahoga County Public Library offers free technology training classes in our branches for beginners to advanced users – and everyone in between.

Technology Training Courses: Summer 2015

Our Advanced Technology Training courses cover Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), digital imaging, cloud computing.  Basics training (for beginners) covers Windows 8.1 and Digital Literacy Basics (computers, software, internet, email). Digital Literacy Basics

This two-day course covers digital essentials. Topics include: physical parts of computers, software basics, using and accessing the Internet and email. Prerequisite: none.

Overview of Windows 8.1

Learn how to use the newest Operating System for PCs, tablets, and phones. Watch the instructor review new features including the charm bar, tiles, how to pin an app, and more.
