Ohioana Library

Since 1929, the Ohioana Library has been the repository for works by the state’s writers, musicians and visual artists. In addition to preserving those records, the library promotes Ohio artists with programming, publications and awards, including an award for poetry.

Located in Columbus, the library is available online or in person to learn about, among other things, poets born in Ohio and poets who wrote a significant portion of their work in the state.
