UserName for Library Account

Don't have your library card number memorized?

Weary of typing in your entire Library Card number with its 10-14 digits
when you Log In and/or request items from our catalog?   

Request an easier-to-use and remember UserName!

When you LogIn to your account or request an item from our catalog, you can opt to use that username  (for example, JSmith) instead of your library card number (28076001111111).

NOTES

• Your PIN will still be required when logging in/checking out materials.
• Your original Library Card Number will also work after you've chosen a new username. 
• You will still need your library card/Name to check out items at the circulation desk. 

Ready to give it a try?  Login to your library account, choose modify my info 

and follow the steps.  Usernames must be 6-25 characters in length and contain letters and/or numbers only.

Problems with your User Name ?

Since no two usernames can be identical, you may get a response stating that there is a problem with your username.  If the username you'd requested was 6-25 characters (numbers/letters only), the username you'd selected may already be in use.  Choose another.

Getting Books from other libraries?

When using WorldCat to request items from other libraries, you must use your full library card number (not your alternate User Name).
