Students don't just DO their homework in our branches. They receive FREE homework assistance from trained staff through our after-school Homework Centers and Homework Mentors programs for students in grades K-8.

Since 2002, our free Homework Centers program has helped thousands of students in grades K-8 improve their grades and subject comprehension. Homework Centers are available at 10 branches. Students who participate in the program receive homework assistance from trained tutors in the following subjects:

  • Language Arts
  • Math

  • Science
  • Social Studies
Each Homework Center location offers two after-school sessions Monday through Thursday after school, during the school year. Each session is 1 hour and 15 minutes. Registration is required

Free after-school homework help is available at 14 additional branches through our Homework Mentors program. Trained mentors are available to provide students in grades K-8 with homework assistance for 2 hours after school, Monday through Thursday during the school year. Registration is not required.
