
GARFIELD HEIGHTS BRANCH
Our
Garfield Heights Branch Innovation Center offers free access to a variety of fabrication equipment that can be used to create product prototypes, signage, crafts and more. The branch also offers a green screen video recording studio and audio studio where visitors can create videos and record CDs for their small businesses or personal use.
Innovation Centers are limited to one user at a time and reservations are required. Users who have gone through the orientation may make a reservation up to a week in advance. Use is limited to two hours per day.

ORIENTATION (ORIENTATIONS CURRENTLY CLOSED)
Before you can use the Garfield Heights Branch Innovation Center, you must complete a required orientation class that will acquaint you with our procedures, equipment and software.
FIND A CLASS
After you have completed your orientation class, please print and fill out these forms. The completed forms must be returned to the branch where you attended orientation.

Once you've completed an orientation class you can use your library card to reserve the audio recording studio anytime during regular hours. No library card? No problem.

VIDEO RECORDING STUDIO
Create and edit your own video, commerical or short film in the Garfield Heights Branch video recording studio. The studio's green screen backdrop and editing software allow you to explore your creativity and set your video anywhere on Earth — and even fantastical landscapes that don't exist in the real world.
All you have to do is complete a short orientation class and you'll be on your way to becoming the next Steven Spielberg. Once you've completed an orientation class you can use your library card to reserve the video recording studio anytime during regular hours. If you don't have a library card,
you can apply for one online.
Video studio users must make a reservation to use the space. Users who have gone through the orientation process may make a reservation a week ahead of time. (PLEASE NOTE: Orientations for new users are currently suspended.) The studio is limited to one user at a time for a limit of two hours per day.
