About the Parma-Snow Branch Auditorium

Cuyahoga County Public Library’s Parma-Snow Branch Auditorium is the perfect venue for theatrical groups, recitals, concerts, meetings, speaker presentations, wedding receptions and other group events.    
 
The auditorium is available for non-profit, for profit, public and private bookings, on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Retractable theatre style seating capacity: 300
    • Theatre seating and floor chairs combined*: 400

Booking Policy

Bookings must be made at least 45 days in advance of the event date. Please review our Auditorium Rental Policy and Rules for Use.

Library Hours of Operation:

Monday – Thursday / 9:00 a.m. — 9:00 p.m.
Friday & Saturday / 9:00 a.m. — 5:30 p.m.
Sunday / 1:00 — 5:00 p.m.

Additional fees apply to reserve the auditorium after regular library hours of operation.

Auditorium usage fees 

Hourly Room Charges*

$100 per hour during library open hours
$200 per hour during library closed hours
$ 50 per hour, per room for additional meeting rooms or spaces at the Cuyahoga County Public Library Parma-Snow Branch or Administration Building

*Hourly room charge fees may be waived for verified non-profit groups using the space during library open hours.

Additional Fees

$400 stage setup fee
$100 lighting manipulation fee
$ 50 per hour for audio/video setup and assistance
$ 50 room setup fee
$ 75 cleaning fee if food/beverages served

A Media Services staff member will contact you within 3-5 business days after you submit your rental application to review your event details and provide a formal quote.
 
A non-refundable 25 percent deposit and proof of liability insurance are required to rent the auditorium. Final payment must be received no less than 30 days prior to your event.
