About the SARI FELDMAN Auditorium

The Sari Feldman Auditorium at Cuyahoga County Public Library’s Parma-Snow Branch is the perfect venue for theatrical groups, recitals, concerts, meetings, speaker presentations, wedding receptions and other group events.    
 
The auditorium is available for non-profit, for profit, public and private bookings, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Booking Policy

Bookings must be made at least 45 days in advance of the event date and can be scheduled up to 3 months in advance. Please review our Auditorium Rental Policy and Rules for Use.

Library Hours of Operation:

Monday – Thursday / 9:00 a.m. — 9:00 p.m.
Friday & Saturday / 9:00 a.m. — 5:30 p.m.
Sunday / 1:00 — 5:00 p.m.

Additional fees apply to reserve the auditorium after regular library hours of operation.

Auditorium usage fees 

Hourly Room Charges*

$100 per hour during library open hours
$200 per hour during library closed hours
$ 50 per hour, per room for additional meeting rooms or spaces at the Cuyahoga County Public Library Parma-Snow Branch or Administration Building

*Hourly room charge fees may be waived for verified non-profit groups using the space during library open hours.

Additional Fees

$400 stage setup fee
$100 advanced lighting fee
$ 50 per hour for audio/video setup and assistance
$ 50 room setup fee
$ 75 cleaning fee if food/beverages served

A non-refundable 25 percent deposit and proof of liability insurance are required to rent the auditorium. Final payment must be received no less than 30 days prior to your event.
