Les Hunter’s plays have been produced or developed by: Playwrights Local, Theater 167, Cleveland Public Theater, Bates College, Dobama Theatre, St. Joseph’s College, Manhattan Theatre Source, Millikin University, Artistic New Directions, and America-in-Play. His plays have been published by Playscripts, Indie Theatre, and Brooklyn Publishers. His play To the Orchard was a Jewish Plays Project 2016 international Jewish Playwriting Contest Finalist. His articles have appeared in American Theatre Magazine, The Dramatist, Text & Presentation and the edited collections Experimental O’Neill and Performing the Progressive Era. Les is an assistant professor of English at Baldwin Wallace University and lives in Lakewood, OH.
